Relating to the UCS workshop, it is in Lviv where you will find the famous Scottish Cafe (https://thatsmaths.com/2015/03/05/cafe-mathematics-in-lvov/) from where the legendary Scottish Book (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scottish_Book) prepared by Ulam was originated.

As you will find from the timetable, there will be workshop opening at the late afternoon of the first day, June 21st, and then two fully working days on June 22nd and 23rd. Besides the invited lectures, these two days include 24 short communications that will be selected by the Organisers among those submitted during the online registration at the workshop webpage http://icmp.lviv.ua/ucsw2017/registration.html

The workshop opening on June 21st will be held in the conference hall, where in 1932 Ulam has presented his PhD thesis.

Finally, I wish to turn your attention to the initial deadline for registration - March 31, that will expire in few days.

    Sincerely Yours,
