One postdoc position is available under the supervision of Dr. Sung Beom Cho and Chanyeup Chung from Virtual Engineering Center at Korea Institute of Ceramic Engineering and Technology. The postdoc researcher will be fully involved in developing AI model using hybridized data from experiments, finite element analysis, density functional theory. The applicants will conduct DFT calculations and high-throughput screening on solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) materials including electrodes and electrolytes. Experience in surface chemistry, alloying, electrochemistry is preferred. The applicants will collaborate with the experimental team in KICET and the data science group in ETRI. A strong publication record is preferred.

Theory codes: VASP and COMSOL.
