A postdoc position is available in the Molecular Transport group to work on machine learning and electronic structure. The group is part of the Institute of Physics, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, in Prague. The position is funded by a research grant and can be extended to up to 3 years depending on performance.

Applicants should demonstrate experience in machine learning methods, ideally applied to electronic properties within DFT. The applicant should be able to work independently but can also collaborate with a PhD student and a postdoc in the group. The ideal candidate will see this as an opportunity to develop a research program on machine learning and electronic properties and also implement his/her ideas during the 3 years.
