I would like to announce a PhD position at the university of Leoben in Austria.
The goal of the PhD position is to carry out atomistic simulations of silicon carbide (SiC) with MD and kMC methods to better understand growth phenomena of SiC single crystals, in particular processes taking place at the solid-gas interface.
