A PhD Research Fellowship is available starting any time after January 2019 at the University of Pittsburgh, Department of Chemical Engineering (http://che.pitt.edu) in the research group of Prof. Karl Johnson (http://jkj.che.pitt.edu/). The project is fully funded by the NSF and includes a competitive stipend and health care benefits.
Description of Research: This project involves modeling proton transport on novel proton membrane materials and developing modeling techniques for efficient large-scale modeling of proton transport on functionalized graphene.
