23rd ETSF Workshop on Electronic Excitations: Interdisciplinary views on quantum many-body theory
to be held at the University of Milan, Italy, on 10-14 September 2018
The bi-annual ETSF Workshop series provides a forum for excited states and spectroscopy in condensed matter physics, chemistry, nanoscience, materials science and molecular physics attracting theoreticians, code developers and experimentalists alike.
The 2018 edition aims at fostering the cross-fertilization between different approaches to many-body phenomena, transcending the traditional barriers between disciplines.
Topics covered by the workshop will include:
Ultrafast excitation dynamics
Topological insulators
Quantum transport
Machine learning
Data science
Quantum chemistry
Nuclear physics
