Two PhD positions in computational catalysis are available at the division of Chemical Physics at Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg. Sweden. One position concerns methods to reduce hazardous NOx over functionalized zeolites while the other position is focused on computational methods to describe catalysis over nano-particles. The projects have strong connections with existing activities at the division and include industrial collaborations. The projects will involve density functional theory calculations and development of methods to simulate reaction kinetics from first-principles.
