The Department of Physics at Sapienza, Università di Roma, invites applications for a tenure-track assistant-professor position (RTD-B) with a research focus in theoretical and computational condensed-matter physics. The position is expected to be filled before the end of 2016, and it is granted for three years. After this tenure-track period, in case of positive evaluation, the position will be upgraded to the role of Associate Professor, a permanent faculty position.
