We are looking for a candidate who has a background in simulation techniques for charge transport mechanics in nanodevices. Within this context, he/she will study the electronic transport in Single Electron Transistors at room temperature by exploiting and developing a Finite Element Method (FEM) based Density Function Theory (DFT)-like computer simulator.

The candidate should have outstanding qualifications with a PhD in physics, electrical engineering, computer science or a related subject. He/she already has experience with device simulation techniques, both in terms of physics and computer programming. He/she should be highly motivated and should have excellent team and communication skills.
