Device Modelling Group at University of Glasgow is looking to hire a research associate (post-doc) in area of device modelling and reliability simulations. 
 
The Research Associate will make a leading contribution to a project Realistic fault modelling to enable optimization of low power IoT and Cognitive fault-tolerant computing systems aiming to develop accurate physical and computational models of reliability and noise in advanced CMOS transistors working with Prof. Asen Asenov and collaborators from Liverpool Johan Mores University. The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to the formulation and submission of research publications and research proposals as well as help manage and direct this complex and challenging project as opportunities allow.
