The requirements of recruitment are as follows:

Ⅰ.Requried Professional Direction

Machine learning, database, multi-scale computation of materials structure, properties and performance etc.

2. Applicants shall be under 35 years old, and have obtained a doctoral degree in China or abroad (generally within 3 years of obtaining the doctoral degree).
3. Applicants shall have a research background in machine learning, databases, computational materials science (first principles, molecular dynamics and other multi-scale computing), etc.
4. Applicants shall be passionate about scientific research and have a rigorous academic attitude, professional dedication, strong research and innovation ability, team spirit, communication, coordination and organization ability.
5. Specially funded postdoctoral fellows: 290,000 RMB; Regular postdoctoral fellows: 240,000 RMB; The research group will provide other competitive compensation rewards (performance + rewards ≥ 50,000 RMB).

Relying on the national first-class key disciplines of Materials Science and Engineering, the center takes "building first-class research environment, cultivating first-class scientific and technological talents and making first-class scientific research achievements" as its highest goal. The Centre aims at the international frontier of research on lubricating and sealing materials, facing the major national needs, focusing on the basic scientific problems of materials science, combining materials science with lubricating and sealing, focusing on four directions of research: advanced lubricating materials, special sealing materials, material surfaces/interfaces, functional nano-materials and applications. The aim is to build a research center for lubrication and sealing materials and technologies that has a significant impact in the international lubrication and sealing field, leads international research on lubrication and sealing materials, and supports the development of national high-tech equipment and defense industry.
