Job announcements relevant to people interested in electronic structure calculations…
Due to the large number of posts recently, there is currently a delay of several weeks between posts being submitted and the corresponding emails being distributed to all users. Please bear with us while we try to improve this. In the meantime – and until this notice is removed – it would assist us considerably if you could submit only important and/or urgent posts and thus help to reduce the size of the mail queue. Under no circumstances should you resend posts multiple times when you find the emails are not distributed immediately.
In light of the Russian military offensive in Ukraine, we request that announcements relating to events, jobs and other activities associated with institutions supported by the Russian and Belarusian states are not posted to the Psi-k forum.

Team Introduction: it belongs to the team of academician Liu Weimin at Center of Advanced Lubrication and Seal Materials. Relying on the national first-class key disciplines of Materials Science and Engineering, the center takes "building first-class research environment, cultivating first-class scientific and technological talents and making first-class scientific research achievements" as its highest goal. The Centre aims at the international frontier of research on lubricating and sealing materials, facing the major national needs, focusing on the basic scientific problems of materials science, combining materials science with lubricating and sealing, focusing on four directions of research: advanced lubricating materials, special sealing materials, material surfaces/interfaces, functional nano-materials and applications. The aim is to build a research center for lubrication and sealing materials and technologies that has a significant impact in the international lubrication and sealing field, leads international research on lubrication and sealing materials, and supports the development of national high-tech equipment and defense industry.
