Postdoctoral positions are available in the Jackson Group (https://thejacksonlab.web.illinois.edu/wp/) at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign’s Department of Chemistry. The positions will utilize multiscale modeling and coarse-graining methods to understand charge transport and doping processes in soft materials.

We are looking for passionate candidates with a background in computational chemistry or materials science. Prior experience with at least one of the following is required: Molecular Dynamics, Density Functional Theory, Coarse-Graining, or Molecular Machine Learning. Familiarity with Python and C++ is preferred. Applicants must hold a PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or Physics at the time of starting the position.
