We are seeking applicants to fill a Postdoctoral position in Quantum Computing applied to Quantum Chemistry at Chalmers University of Technology. The research will be directed towards computation of molecular structures and energy surfaces using simulated and physical quantum hardware. The project runs within the EU QT-Flagship, which will build a cloud-based superconducting quantum computer.  

We are looking for candidates with a PhD in Theoretical Chemistry or equivalent and that have experience with Computational Physics, Computational Chemistry, and/or Quantum Information Processing. Experience developing wave function methods, such as coupled cluster and multi reference SCF methods is an advantage.
