A postdoctoral research position is available in the Faraday Institution CATMAT project in the area of computer modelling and materials design of lithium battery cathodes within the groups of Professor Saiful Islam and Dr Benjamin Morgan at the University of Bath. The CATMAT project on "Next generation lithium-ion cathode materials" is focussed on exploring and developing new cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries targeted for use in electric vehicles.
