There is an immediate opening for a postdoctoral positions in the group of Dr. Abhishek Kumar Singh in the Materials Research Centre at Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. The position is on the ML approach applied to catalysis.
The candidates are expected to have or to soon have a PhD in Theoretical/Computational Chemistry or Physics or Materials/Metallurgy or Computer Science and applications. The applicant must have strong skills in multiscale modelling, machine learning and big data analysis. A good knowledge of computer programming and environment is essential. The candidate should also have excellent writing and communications skills in English.
