Postdoctoral Fellow-Computational Modeling (only US Citizens)

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

Location: Pittsburgh (remote is a possibility).

A computational materials postdoctoral position is available starting immediately.  The focus of the research is materials modeling for microwave-assisted reactions using first-principles methods. Knowledge of machine learning and high throughput simulations is an advantage.  

A Ph.D. in Materials Science or a related field is required. Due to nature of funding, the position is only limited to US citizens.  

 

The postdoc is expected to actively participate in the dissemination of research findings through weekly meetings with the PI and other group members, author monthly reports, publish in top journals, and aid in the training of graduate and undergraduate students.
