Advertisement inviting applications for Two (2) Post-Doctoral Fellow positions in a DST- Nano Mission Funded Research Project

Title of research project: "Ab initio search of new magnetoelectric materials”
Investigator: Arti Kashyap (PI)
Duration: One year with possibility of performance based extension for 2 years or till the expiry of the project.
Fellowship: Rs. 35,000/- p.m. consolidated
Minimum Qualification:
a) Ph.D. (either awarded or thesis submitted) in Condensed Matter Physics (theory). b) Proven exposure to Density Functional Theory based electronic structure calculations with atleast two publications in high profile peer-reviewed International Journals. Desirable : Candidate should be open to explore many other systems of interest in the group and ready to collaborate with PI's collaborations.
Age Limit and relaxation: The upper age limit is 35 years, relaxable upto 5 years for SC/ ST/ OBC / Women/ Physically challenged candidates
