One Postdoctoral Associate position is available for theoretical investigation of resistivity switch mechanism of selected transition metal oxides in support of multi-year Department of Defense, Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR) Multidisciplinary University Research Initiatives (MURI) Program. Experience with first principles calculations, particularly for the phonon properties, is highly desirable.

This position will report to Associate Professor, Dr. Wei-Cheng Lee, and is located in the new Smart Energy building at Binghamton University.

Expected start date is:  September 2021 or later (negotiable)
