We are looking for outstanding candidates to fill 1-2 postdoctoral positions within the field of computational chemistry/physics at Beijing Computational Science Research Center (www.csrc.ac.cn). Successful candidates are expected to develop and apply multi-scale method to study nanoscale electronic and optoelectronic devices. Applicants should possess a doctoral degree in physics, chemistry, materials science or related areas, a strong background in quantum mechanics and computational science and a strong personal commitment to research. Experience on programming, efficient numerical algorithms and electronic structure theories is preferred.

The initial appointment for the position will be for two years with a possible renewal for the third year subject to mutual agreement. Annual salary starts from 180,000 to 240,000RMB, depending on qualification and experience. Research funding, housing and transportation benefits are also provided. The start date is immediate.
