A postdoc position is open in the group Theoretical Materials Physics of Philippe Ghosez (http://www.phythema.ulg.ac.be/) to work, in collaboration with experimentalists, on the atomistic modelling and understanding of the Si-ABO3 perovskite interface in the framework of the SIOX ERA.NET project. Ideal candidates should have a good knowledge of atomistic modelling of materials from first- (DFT) and second-principles techniques. A good background in the physics of functional perovskite oxides is also welcome. Interested candidates should sent a full CV, together with the name of two reference persons to Pr. Philippe GHOSEZ.
