A postdoctoral opening is available in the group of David Vanderbilt at Rutgers University, New Jersey, USA, in the area of Berry phase and curvature effects in electronic band structure theory; topological insulators and semimetals; computational searches for practical topological materials; Wannier function methods; and strong spin-orbit coupling effects. Experience with first-principles computational methods is essential.
