The Virginia Commonwealth University invites applicants for a post-doctoral research associate for theoretical studies on supported clusters, nano-assemblies, and catalysis. The positions will support research in theoretical studies in the field of electronic structure, magnetic and optical properties, catalysis, and cluster materials. The applicant will benefit from the close collaboration with renowned experimental groups with whom we have established collaborations.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. in condensed matter physics or chemistry and experience working with electronic structure techniques.
