We, the Quantum Chemistry group at Uppsala University, Sweden, are looking for a postdoctoral researcher in machine learning and theoretical chemistry, a temporary position for two years.

This postdoctoral project aims at the development of machine learning technology used to improve and create robust techniques for the optimizations of wave functions, and to use the Gaussian Process Regression as an ansatz for the electronic wave function. The position is placed in the Quantum Chemistry group, headed by Prof. Roland Lindh. During 2022 50% of the work will be conducted in the AI4Research project of Uppsala University.
