A postdoc position is available in Bongiorno’s group at the City University of New York, USA.
This search is for postdoctoral fellows having a strong background in solid state physics, density
functional theory calculations, and atomistic force fields methods. Candidates with a strong interest
in numerical methods and/or mechanical behaviors of materials are strongly encouraged to apply.
Applicants must have a PhD in Condensed Matter Physics or equivalent, a deep knowledge of
a programming language (Fortran, C, or Python), and strong oral and written communication
skills in English.
