Back to Job listings...
We have postdoc and staff scientist positions available in statistical mechanics at Laboratory of AI for Electrochemistry (AI4EC Lab), Tan Kah Kee Innovation Laboratory (IKKEM), Xiamen, China.
We are specifically looking for the candidates with the background in statistic mechanics, to develop enhanced sampling, free energy calculation, and non-equilibrium dynamics-related computational methods to study the dynamic processes of complex systems.
AI4EC Lab has recently established with joint efforts by Tan Kah Kee Innovation Laboratory (IKKEM) led by CAS academician Prof. Zhong-Qun Tian and AI for Science Institute (AISI) led by CAS academician Prof. Weinan E. It combines the strength of IKKEM and Xiamen University on electrochemistry and the advantage of AISI on practice of AI for Science, with the aim of pushing the limits of the current computational and experimental approaches to address the challenges in electrochemical science and engineering.
The AI4EC Lab is assembling interdisciplinary research teams, and looking for highly motivated and talented individuals to fill a number of positions ranging from junior postdocs to staff scientists at senior level.
