A postoctoral position is available in the group of Prof. Ivo Souza at the University of the Basque country in San Sebastián, Spain. The expected duration of the appointment is two years.

The successful candidate is expected to work closely with me on one or more of the above topics, but there is also flexibility to pursue other promising research directions of mutual interest.
Experience with first-principles density-functional methods is essential. Some of the work will likely involve the use of Wannier functions, and there may be opportunities to contribute new functionalities to the wannier90 code package.
