Post-doc position is available at Department of Physics, Pukyong National University, Busan, Korea.

We are looking for a post-doc candidate who has an experience in optical properties of magnetic materials; frequency dependent dielectric function, transmittance, reflectivity, refractivity

Project:

You will be working on magnetic and optical properties of 2D and magnetic oxide materials. The central issues are

- Search for optically transparent magnetic materials in 2D or magnetic oxide materials 

- Curie temperatture calculation 

- Coercive field calculation

- Design of optically transparent 2D or magnetic oxide materials.

Requirement:

1. Should have phd degree in physics or material sciences.
2. Should have experience in DFT calculations in one of the tools (vasp, wien2k, quantum espresso, siesta, etc..)
