Due to the large number of posts recently, there is currently a delay of several weeks between posts being submitted and the corresponding emails being distributed to all users. A number of 4-year PhD positions are available in the Centre for Doctoral Training in Theory and Simulation of Materials (www.tsmcdt.org) at Imperial College London. These positions are fully-funded for UK and EU students.

Applicants should have, or expect expect to obtain, a first class (or equivalent) undergraduate degree in physics, chemistry, materials science, engineering or a related subject. The appointments are expected to start in October 2016.
