The nanoQlab group (http://www.nanoQlab.mater.unimib.it) lead by Prof. Cristiana Di Valentin welcomes new phD candidates to be involved in research topics of computational materials science or computational nanomedicine or computational (electro)catalysis by means of density functional theory, classical molecular dynamics, metadynamics, and machine-learning. The specific phD project will be defined together with the candidate based on her/his interests and competences.

Successful candidates must hold a MSc (or equivalent) degree in Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology or Engineering by Oct. 31 2023 and will be enrolled in the PhD school of Materials Science and Nanotechnology of the University of Milano Bicocca starting from Nov. 1 2023 for 3 years.
