A 42 month PhD position is available to work on a project which will use computational techniques for high-throughput screening of new, earth-abundant, and sustainable thermoelectric materials with correct dopability. The position is joint between the groups of Professor David Scanlon at the University of Birmingham (21 months. http://www.davidscanlon.com) and the group of Professor Janine George at Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung, BAM, in Berin (21 months, https://jageo.github.io/ )
