Applications are invited for Indian Nationals - ONE position of PhD Scholar on the project, “Design and Development of Robust Hydrogen Sensor Based on Ultra-Wide Bandgap
Porous-Ga2O3 Semiconductor Nanostructures”
under the supervision of Prof. Satyendra Kumar Mourya, Prof. Sarbani Ghosh, and Prof. Mohit Garg.

Scope of work:
DFT and MD simulations of Ga2O3, Growth of the porous substrate, Experimental Fabrication of Ga2O3 nanostructures and Sensing electrode, Basic material characterization, Gas sensing measurements.
Desirable Qualification
B.Tech Electronics Engg or MSc. Physics/Electronics/Chemistry
or M.Tech Electronics/Chemical/MaterialScience/Nanotechnology.
The candidate is expected to have a strong interest in interdisciplinary research.
Hands-on experience in DFT simulation and nanofabrication.
Fellowship: ₹37,000 - ₹42,000 per month (based on the year of Ph.D. and
performance)

Place of work: BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus, Rajasthan.
