PhD position is available in the Department of Physics, Pukyong National University, Busan, Korea. 

 

Project:

  I am looking for phd candidates who will be working on the following issues

 - Magnetic property including magnetic anisotropy, Curie temperature calculations

 - Thermoelectric, spin seebeck effect

 - Anomalous Hall and Anomalous Nernst effect

 - multiferroric property

 

Requirement:

Should have Master degree in physics or material sciences.

Should have experience in DFT calculations in one of the tools (vasp, wien2k, quantum espresso, siesta, etc..)

Should prepare the  following documents if you are accepted in this position

-Diploma or certificate of graduation from undergraduate institution

 (*Apostille or confirmation from the Korean Embassy required)

 - Official transcripts & student records from undergraduate institution (*Notarization required)

  - Diploma or certificate of graduation from graduate institution

 (*Apostille or confirmation from the Korean Embassy required)

  - Official transcripts & student records from graduate institution (*Notarization required)
