I would like to announce a PhD position at the university of Leoben in Austria.
The goal of the PhD position is the development of interatomic potentials for silicon carbide (SiC) and modeling of relevant crystal phases and crystallographic defects. Simulations will support the development of high-quality SiC single crystals as required by future high-performance electronic devices.
