A PhD position is open in the group of Dr. Chiara Gattinoni in the Department of Physics at King's College London on the modelling of ferroelectric catalysts. You will investigate how different electronic and structural properties of piezo- and ferroelectric oxides affect their ability to promote the formation of hydrogen molecules. You will use a combination of density functional theory, machine learning and classical molecular dynamics. Further information on the project and how to apply can be found here.
