PhD and Postdoc positions are available in the group of Sergey Artyukhin at the Italian Institute of Technology (Genova) to work on complex magnets, ferroelectrics, multiferroics and other materials with complex orders.

 

The group is using both analytical and numerical techniques. Experience with Mathematica and first-principles codes is a plus. Strong background in condensed matter theory is required.
