The physics, modeling and simulation team of imec is opening a payroll position for a researcher to help the team to combine atomistic simulations with multiscale material modeling techniques.
The position is targeted to strengthen the on-going efforts within imec to screen, understand and predict intrinsic material and interface properties of nanoelectronic devices using atomistic simulations and to link them with macroscopic properties and system level continuum modeling techniques.
