Job description :
We are looking for a post-doctoral researcher (18 months position) at University Pierre and Marie Curie, under the supervision of R. Vuilleumier and M. Salanne. The fellowship, funded by the Sorbonne Excellence Cluster "MATISSE" (MATerials, InterfaceS, Surfaces, Environment), should start in September 2016 or earlier.
The candidate will work on the modeling of photo-electrolysis properties of fluorinated anatase materials. He/she will perform ab initio molecular dynamics of interfaces between these materials and water, in order to understand the proton-coupled electron transfer steps in the reaction mechanisms.
Candidate’s profile :
Candidates should have a solid experience in ab initio molecular dynamics and a good background in chemistry of materials.
Salary :
about 2000 € (monthly net salary)
