Dear all,
We are looking for outstanding Master students, with a strong academic record, interested in applying for an INPhINIT “la Caixa” doctoral fellowship. Successful candidates will carry out a PhD Thesis in the field of nanophononics and nanoscale thermal transport in multiferroic perovskites at the Institut de Ciència de Materials de Barcelona (ICMAB-CSIC). The doctoral activity will focus on the modeling of phonon transport by means of state-of-the-art theoretical methods and will be conducted in close collaboration with experimental groups of the Institute.
The doctoral fellowship programme INPhINIT “la Caixa” is devoted to attracting talented Early-Stage Researchers of any nationality who wish to pursue doctoral studies in Spanish or Portuguese territory. Sponsored by “la Caixa” Foundation, it is aimed at supporting the best scientific talent and fostering innovative and high-quality research in Spain and Portugal by recruiting outstanding international students and offering them an attractive and competitive environment for conducting research of excellence.
