There is a 4-year PhD opportunity in the group of Prof Arash Mostofi at Imperial College London on understanding interfacial failure in polymer nanocomposites from first-principles. This project is in collaboration with colleagues at Continental. Tuition fees and living costs are funded (subject to final contractual arrangements) for students of any nationality. The anticipated start date is October 2024, though a later start date may also be considered.
