Fellowship Opportunities at King’s College London:

The Theory and Simulation of Condensed Matter (TSCM) Group at King’s College London welcomes applications for Royal Society University Research Fellowships and Marie Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships to be hosted by our group. The TSCM group is a vibrant, international research team with expertise in both analytical and numerical methods. Research activities span a broad range of themes and include strongly correlated systems in and out of equilibrium, open quantum systems, electrical and thermal transport, Diagrammatic Monte Carlo, Dynamical Mean Field Theory, ab initio methods for materials science and algorithm development. The group has a track-record of support for candidates throughout the application process and beyond. Further information about the group can be found here https://www.kcl.ac.uk/nms/depts/physics/about/index.aspx

The group has strong ties to other Universities in the London area and is a founding member of the Thomas Young Centre for the Theory and Simulation of Materials and Molecules. We invite interested candidates to contact us by sending a brief research proposal (max. 1 page) including Project Title and Short Vision Statement (100 words) and a CV to

[email protected] before 30th of July 2021.  We expect to make a decision on the candidates we can support within three weeks. We advise potential candidates to carefully check the eligibility criteria of the calls. The TSCM group is committed to diversity within its community and we especially welcome applications from under-represented groups.
