We announce ten open PhD positions within the framework of the doctoral program "Unravelling advanced 2D materials TU-D", tu-d.tuwien.ac.at, at the Vienna University of Technology, to be filled starting November 1st 2016 for the duration of three years.

TU-D provides a cutting-edge training program with seminars, lectures and research projects on two-dimensional materials, including their sythesis, characterization, application and simulation.

Application requirements:

A diploma or master university degree in civil engineering, chemistry, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related discipline. Additional knowledge related to the field of two-dimensional materials is desirable.
