Computational Materials Scientist, Faculty Position - entry level, RTDA ("Ricercatore a Tempo Determinato di tipo A") - for three years,at the Department of Materials Science, University of Milano-Bicocca, in Milano, by public selection; only limited teaching duties required. Requirements: postdoc experience in modeling/simulations of (hetero)epitaxial growth and related defects, broad experience on atomistic and continuum approaches. Research topic: growth of 3C-SiC on patterned Si substrates, within a recently approved Horizon 2020 project; close collaboration with experimental and industrial groups. Neat salary: 1850 Euro 13 times per year. Opening of position: February to April 2017.
