Dear Colleagues,

We are excited to announce the Ultrafast Webinar Summer Series 2020

The series aims to keep the scientific exchange of recent developments in the ultrafast community intact and to provide both principal investigators and junior researchers an opportunity to disseminate their work to a broad audience.

There will be 6 focus sessions covering different aspects in the field of ultrafast dynamics, scheduled on Tuesdays from July 7 to August 11 and hosted over Zoom. To include audiences from the west and east coast of the United States, as well as Europe, we set the times of the sessions to 9am Los Angeles (PDT) | noon New York (EDT) | 6pm Berlin (CEST). Each session will be 90 minutes and feature one talk by a principal investigator, followed by one or two talks by junior researchers (postdocs, PhD students) and time for discussion.

For the first session, we are delighted to have Professor Rick Averitt and Kevin Cremin (UC San Diego) speaking about ultrafast dynamics in layered quantum materials.

For information about the schedule, speakers, and Zoom Webinar ID, please go to our website http://www.ultrafast-webinar.com or see the attached flyer.
