Following the success of the previous events, we will again organize the "Towards Reality in Nanoscale Materials" workshop next year. The workshop will be held in Levi, Finnish Lapland, on February 13th - 16th, 2017:

The workshop will be focused on nanoscale materials, with thematic sessions on energy materials, inorganic 2D materials, applications and also on the role of defects. This year TRNM is part of the NATO series of scientific workshops, with the subheading of 'Nanoscale Materials for Warfare Agent Detection: Nanoscience for Security’ . Please note that this means that only researchers working in institutions from NATO and NATO partner countries can participate in the event.

Participation is free, with an accommodation fee to be paid covering the cost of lodging and meals. The conference site is easily reachable via Helsinki.

Registration is now open and the deadline for abstract submission/registration is November 21st.
