Psik-Workshop: Quo vadis Self-Interaction Correction?

The focus of the workshop will be on methods for correcting the effects of self-interaction in density functional theory. 
We are planning a small gathering of scientists who are working on a variety of approaches to this problem. 
The goal is to assess the current state of the field and to look ahead at possible directions for future research.  
The workshop will include invited talks from leaders in the field, a poster session, as well as significant time for discussion and interaction.

The Psi-k sponsored workshop “Quo Vadis Self-interaction Correction” will be held 
Sept. 23-26, 2019, at the TU Bergakademie in Freiberg, Germany. 
There is no registration fee.

For PhD students and postdocs a limited number of inexpensive on-campus accommodations is still available. 
Participants can also choose to stay at nearby hotels.
