Announcements of conferences, workshops, schools…

Due to the large number of posts recently, there is currently a delay of several weeks between posts being submitted and the corresponding emails being distributed to all users. Please bear with us while we try to improve this. In the meantime – and until this notice is removed – it would assist us considerably if you could submit only important and/or urgent posts and thus help to reduce the size of the mail queue. Under no circumstances should you resend posts multiple times when you find the emails are not distributed immediately.

In light of the Russian military offensive in Ukraine, we request that announcements relating to events, jobs and other activities associated with institutions supported by the Russian and Belarusian states are not posted to the Psi-k forum.

Dear all,

We are organizing a MiniColloquium at the Conference of the Condensed Matter Division of the European Physical Society that will take place from the 4th to the 8th September 2023 at Politecnico, Milano, Italy.

The MiniColloquium is titled "Exciton Dynamics and Transport in Quantum Materials" . We plan to discuss the most recent developments in the study of time-resolved exciton phenomena in functional materials, bringing together theoretical and experimental researchers.

If you are interested in participating, please submit your abstract via the web form: APPLICATION within 15 April.

Select: Minicolloquia → Nano and functional materials → Exciton dynamics and transport in quantum materials

Please feel free to forward the present email to anyone who might be interested

Best regards,

The organizers

Davide Sangalli, Stefania Pagliara and Alejandro Molina.
