We are pleased to announce that four mini-colloquia will be dedicated to the field of

2D magnetic and spintronic materials

at the Conference of the Condensed Matter Division of the European Physical Society (CMD30 – FisMat2023), from Monday 4th to Friday 8th September 2023 in Politecnico di Milano, Italy.

Different aspects of this rapidly growing field will be covered by the following mini-colloquia (more information at the conference website):

• Emerging properties in 2D magnetic materials
• Novel 2D magnetic materials and heterostructures
• 2D materials for spintronic
• Ferroic and multiferroic van der Waals materials

In each colloquium, invited speakers will present key theoretical and experimental findings. Abstract submission is open until the 15th of April for contributed talks and posters at: https://eventi.cnism.it/cmd30-fismat/submission_form
