Dear Colleague,

The program for the "iPolymorphs: Novel Routes to Inorganic Polymorphs" workshop is now available online at:
http://ipolymorphs.dipc.org/program

Although registration is now formally over we have limited space for a few more attendees. We particularly encourage poster submissions from PhD/Masters students for who the 100 Euro registration fee is waived.

The workshop will be held in Donostia (San Sebastian), Basque Country, Spain, on June 22-24, 2016 and will bring together theoreticians and experimentalists with an interest in novel inorganic polymorphs (including elemental polymorphs, or allotropes) with the objective of stimulating new ideas for their synthesis and/or stabilisation.

Topics to be covered include: novel synthesis routes, high pressure phases, nanomaterials, non-conventional stoichiometries, big data/materials databases, structure prediction, experimental-theoretical materials discovery.

Confirmed invited speakers include:
Prof. C. Richard A. Catlow, UK
Prof. Matthias Scheffler, Germany
Prof. Timothy A. Strobel, USA
Prof. Richard Dronskowski, Germany
Dr. John Claridge, UK
Dr. Ion Errea, Spain
Prof. Wojciech Grochala, Poland
Prof. Christian Schoen, Germany
Prof. Andres Ayuela, Spain
Prof. Davide M. Proserpio, Italy
Dr. Martí Gich, Spain

Best regards,

The organisers,

Jon Matxain ([email protected])
Stefan T. Bromley ([email protected])
