We would like to announce the upcoming IOP-FHI workshop on the frontiers of electronic structure theory and materials genomics, to be held at Institute of Physics (IOP), Chinese Academy of Science in Beijing, China from October 16 to 19, 2023.

The workshop intends to bring together world-leading experts in different areas of electronic-structure theory, including developers of density-functional approximations, quantum chemists, many-body physicists, as well as developers of computational software, to present their state-of-the-art research work, and discuss open issues of the field. Such an interdisciplinary meeting will provide an excellent platform for exchanging knowledge, stimulating new ideas, and identifying important new research directions.

We have put together an excellent list of invited speakers. Slots for a limited number of contribution talks are still available and a poster session will be organized.
