Registration is now open for the General Meeting / Réunion Générale of the GDR REST.

To register, go to https://www.azur-colloque.fr/DR04/inscription, register with your details and choose your fee category to obtain an invoice. The fee covers the conference participation, accommodation, and meals. Please be sure to read the payment information below.**

Please register by May 7, at the very latest. Please send us an email if you have any dietary restrictions, if you need baby sitting, or if you have any other special request to [email protected]. Please send a message also in case you register for a double room, to tell us who you want to share it with.

Abstract submission is still open until April 22. To send an abstract, please refer to the instructions on the conference web page, https://gdrrest2018.wordpress.com/

Note on train strike: According to the schedule of the SNCF strike, no problems should occur for coming, neither on Monday 21.05. nor on Friday 25.05.

** Payment information: The conference fee is: students (double room) 170 Euro HT/ 204 Euro TTC; regular participants: 310 Euro HT / 372 Euro TTC (double room) and 370 Euro HT / 444 Euro TTC (single room). The CNRS laboratories pay the HT fees, but only if payed by "bon de commande" / invoice. Attention: if payment is done either by credit card (this includes the CNRS Credit Cards which should not be used!) or by normal wire transfer, the VAT of 20% will be added to the fees.

The fee is shown on the web page as HT and TTC when you register. The invoice that you get automatically by email shows both the HT and TTC. Your « gestionnaire » will know how to pay it correctly with a "bon de commande".
